Tf2 Halloween 2024 Unusual Effects Valve?. Bonzo, and both the jr effects are the best of bunch in my opinion. All cosmetic and taunt cases will grant halloween 2023 unusual effects instead of their normal unusual effects during the event.

Easy, as such they have not released the scream fortress update, they only activated the maps already added previously and the ability to use cosmetics with halloween. Definitely not as good as the first gen halloweens or last years effects.
